This page summarizes the choices you have regarding your personal data when interacting with SCINR DATA SL ("Scinr AI"). For full detail on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

No cookies, no tracking

Our website does not use cookies, pixels, or similar tracking technologies. We do not track your browsing activity across sites, and we do not build advertising profiles. Because of this, there is no cookie banner or cookie preference center on our site — there is nothing to opt out of.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Any sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary to operate our Services and is governed by written data processing agreements. See the "Who we share data with" section of our Privacy Policy for details.

Marketing communications

If you have opted in to receive product updates or marketing emails from us, you can opt out at any time by:

• clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email, or
• emailing privacy@scinr.com with your request.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect operational or contractual communications (for example, service notices sent to active Customers).

Your data protection rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA or otherwise protected under the GDPR, you can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data, where applicable.
• Restriction — limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format, where processing is based on contract or consent.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@scinr.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Data submitted by your employer or a business partner

If your personal data was submitted to the Newton platform by an organization you work with or for (for example, your employer using Newton for regulatory or supply chain purposes), that organization is the data controller responsible for that data. We process it only as a service provider (processor), under their instructions. Please direct your request to that organization in the first instance; we will assist them as required under our Data Processing Agreement.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.
